Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser for local routes around Redding, CA. Expect early start times (5:00am), weekend availability, and full-time hours with overtime as needed.

The role includes stocking, rotating, and displaying products in stores along assigned routes. You will transport products using pallet jacks or hand trucks, document execution with photos, and use company systems to ensure routing and account compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts set by company and state law.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products in accounts on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory and product freshness.

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!

• Shift: Full Time, 5:00am start, Must be available weekends - SEASONAL
• Local Routes available: Redding, and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.50 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
