Breakthru Beverage Group in Sandston, VA is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to showcase our brands through displays, stocking shelves, and managing product placement at retail locations.

You will build strong account relationships, learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge, and drive to customer sites while representing our fun, family-based culture. Schedule is Monday–Friday with competitive benefits and a generous car/gas package.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 21 years or older; HS Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; strong customer service and communication; professionalism and sound judgment; ability to lift 45-65 pounds; occasional weekend work.

Responsabilités

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves; building displays; POS material management; store resets for remodels, openings or seasonal changes.
• Build rapport with key account relationships and provide feedback to sales teams; identify brand/category opportunities; expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge to support our customers; ensure safe handling of beverage products.
