Job summary

SIGMA-US is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and display Bar-S products at customer locations in Phoenix. The role is a Monday–Friday morning position.

You will maintain shelf standards, manage promotions, provide excellent service, build customer relationships, and prepare weekly to quarterly reports. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, plus a personal vehicle and food handler's permit.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate Bar-S products at customer locations, ensuring shelf standards and pricing alignment.
• Gain shelf space and merchandise during promotions.

• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Stock Hispanic Brands products at customers' locations in assigned locations.

This is a full time M-F morning position.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions and current marketing and promotional materials are displayed.
• Protect and gain merchandise shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking temporary bunkers and spaces for scheduled promotions; optimize brand presence in designated areas.
• Provide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products.
• Maintain excellent working relationship with customers.
• Create weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

License/Certifications

• Personal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insurance
• Food handler's permit
• Driver's License which meets company requirements
• MVR which meets Sigma driving standards with review by Talent & Culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in spanish and English

Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Fully fluent in Spanish

Environmental/Working Conditions

Able to work in a cold environment of approximately 34º F for prolonged periods of time
Availability to work some weekends and evenings
Can regularly lift and move 30 pound boxes/buckets on/off shelves or cart/hand-truck.
Can repeatedly twist, turn, kneel, stoop, stand, rotate, bend, push or pull to move 30 pounds.
