Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring in Idaho for a full-time role with a 6:00am–2:00pm schedule. The position involves stocking and merchandising duties across stores, restocking coolers and displays, and supporting promotions to represent an international brand in the community.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and be able to work weekends/holidays. Mileage reimbursement is offered along with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores and maintain business insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with cleaning equipment.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to ensure quality using a first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items in-store as directed by supervision.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas safely; prep returned products as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Job Details:

Schedule: 6:00am-2:00pm (overtime and weekends required)
Pay: $20.25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
