Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an entry-level associate in Yuma, AZ. Schedule is 4:00am start, five days per week, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and support daily store operations to ensure a clean, well-organized shopping environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Local routes offer mileage reimbursement and the company supports work-life balance with holidays and growth

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Stocking shelves and keeping aisles clean for a safe environment
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward
• Rotate products using first-in, first-out stocking
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor
• Maintain back rooms and prepare for return of any unsellable product
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

Schedule: 4:00am Start Time, 5days a week, (Varied Days Off).

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
