Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement at customer locations in Minneapolis, MN. The role requires a driving distance to accounts and a customer-service mindset.

You will gain beer, wine, and spirits knowledge while representing Breakthru with professionalism, safety, and compliance. This is a full-time position with weekend flexibility in a fast-paced sales culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to apply.

• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and managing POS material.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and shelf/cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities to the sales team.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Safely handle beverage alcohol and conduct responsible interactions with the public.
