Job summary

Reliable Churchill LLLP is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to support our beverage business across Baltimore City & County. The role involves in-office Mondays and fieldwork Tue–Fri, maintaining stock, displays, and strong retailer relationships to ensure optimal product placement.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, comfortable in the field, and eager to gain experience in beverage, retail, sales, or merchandising within a well-established team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in 40+ retail locations, stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, and managing POS materials.
• Build rapport with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf space and improve brand presence.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge to better assist customers and partners.
• Perform occasional additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Merchandiser to support our beverage business across Baltimore City & County. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for maintaining strong relationships with retail accounts and ensuring our products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and positioned for success.

Schedule: Monday in office; Tuesday-Friday in the field

Territory: Baltimore City & County

Accounts: 40+ retail locations Pay: $20/hour Company-Provided: Company van, iPhone, iPad, and fuel expenses

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and enjoys being out in the field. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in the beverage, retail, sales, or merchandising industry while working with a well-established team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves Building displays POS material management Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to Identify brand/category opportunities
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years or older to apply, prefer HS Diploma or equivalent
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Physical Requirements:

Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach. Frequently climb up and down a ladder. Regularly lift 45-65 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
