Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Marysville, CA is seeking a diligent merchandiser to stock, rotate and display products along assigned routes, ensuring products are fresh and properly presented.

You will travel daily, lift up to 50 pounds, operate pallet jacks, use company routing tools, and complete required checkouts with photos. This full-time role requires weekend availability and early morning starts, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet state age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other outlets to stock, rotate and display products on routes.
• Move product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays/backstock to document execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to ensure inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
