Job summary

Jacent Inc. is hiring merchandisers to place products, build displays, and work with store staff in local Lewisville area markets. The role follows daytime hours with a stable schedule and is 25–30 hours per week.

You will engage in resets, manage impulse displays, and communicate with store personnel to maximize sales. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication, comfortable in changing environments, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Stand/walk 3–8 hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in changing environments and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with store personnel.

Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• Standing and walking 3-8hrs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
