Job summary

Jacent Inc. is seeking a part-time merchandiser in Richmond, TX to join our team. You will work in stores, place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel to ensure our impulse merchandising strategy is executed on the floor.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and can communicate effectively with business partners. Bilingual not required; must live within 20 miles of Richmond, TX and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role: standing 3-8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching/bending/twisting, repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
