Job summary

Jacent, the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company, is seeking merchandisers in the Wharton, TX area to place products in stores, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel in their communities. This part-time role features daytime hours, 8-10 hours per week, paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, and cell phone reimbursement.

You must be self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team, and physically capable of standing and lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• Self-starter with initiative and quick learning ability.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements: standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching/bending/twisting.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• Standing and walking 3-8hrs

• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
