Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a Merchandiser in North Carolina to place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in the community. You will travel between stores to ensure accurate merchandising and provides strong customer partner relations.

Daytime hours and a predictable schedule accompany paid training, plus a $2,950 sign-on bonus payable in four installments. Mileage and travel time between stores are paid, and a cell phone reimbursement is provided.

Merchandiser

New hires within eligible requisitions starting between 10/1-11/30 will receive a $2,950 sign on bonus, payable in four installments.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Morganton/Hickory/Hudson/Newton NC
