Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to support our local routes in Hemet, Beaumont, San Jacinto, Perris and surrounding areas. This role requires weekend availability and a 4am start to stock, rotate, and display our beverages in grocery and beverage outlets.

You will use company systems for routing, complete merchandising checkouts, and maintain backstock, with lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid license and reliable auto.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Reliable personal automobile with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend availability required, 4am start time

• Hourly Pay Rate: $26 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
