Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time merchandiser in Hemet, CA, with weekend availability and a 4am start. You will stock, display, and rotate products across assigned routes, using pallet jacks and company systems to record checkouts and photos.

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs. A High School diploma is preferred; 0–6 months of general work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency and account monitoring
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload backstock/ display photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory and freshness
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend availability required, 4am start time

• Local Routes available: Beaumont, Hemet, San Jacinto, Perris and surrounding areas

• Hourly Pay Rate: $26 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
