Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Simi Valley is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display products at grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes. You will travel locally, load and move products with pallet jack or hand truck, and ensure correct shelf presentation using company systems.

Full-time position with weekend availability and early morning starts. Eligible candidates must be 18+, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable personal transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $27 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
