Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time merchandiser for Temecula and surrounding communities. Weekend availability and early morning start are required, with an hourly pay rate of $26 plus mileage.

You will stock, rotate, and display products while utilizing company systems for routing and accountability. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and 0–6 months of general work experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation is required with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper stocking, display, and rotation on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
