Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Green Bay, WI is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to showcase our brands by stocking shelves, building displays, and managing POS materials at customer locations. You will drive strong account relationships and identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box presence.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply and HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication and problem solving.
• Professional conduct and sound judgment.
• Occasional weekends and lifting requirements (45–65 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays and managing POS materials.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop rapport with key accounts and relay feedback to sales.
• Identify brand opportunities and shelf/cold box expansions.
• Communicate out-of-stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine and spirits knowledge for customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and safely.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
