AZ Southeast Distributors, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Specialist for our Florida locations. You will use your own vehicle to develop sales routes, improve merchandising, expand product availability, and strengthen distributor relationships in assigned territories.

The role requires proven merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required, and a BS degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by performing cooler resets, warm set resets, and building displays.
• Resets schedules provided daily by Branch Manager.
• Place POS materials and display racks; ensure accurate pricing.
• Document before/after pictures for all resets.
• Assist in coordinating special events in territories.
• Review and identify competitive activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

To aid in the development of the routes through improved merchandising, better account penetration and improved availability of products distributed through the system.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

• Expand distribution of our products in new and existing accounts by performing cooler resets, warm set resets, and by building displays.
• Resetschedules will be provided by the Branch Manageron a daily basis.
• Place POS materials and display racks throughout assigned territories. Allpack-outsmust includeaccurateand proper pricing.
• All resets must be accompanied with a before and after picture.
• Assume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Assistin the coordination and set upspecial eventsin assigned territories.
• Review andidentifycompetitive activity.
• Other duties may be assigned, asneededorrequired
