Fischer Thompson Beverages is seeking a Territory Merchandiser in Flanders, NJ to optimize in-store presentation of all products and drive sales through strategic placement.

You'll ensure shelves stay stocked and compliant with planograms, set up displays, and coordinate with store staff and brand reps. The role requires physical ability to lift beverage cases and a valid NJ driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and time management skills.
• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to move beverage cases weighing 20+ lbs and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Job DetailsJob Location: Flanders, NJ 07836Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.72 - $22.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Category: Supply ChainThe Territory Merchandiser will be responsible for maximizing appeal and sales of all products by appropriately displaying them in their POG'd space while also identifying additional off shelf placements throughout the store.

• Overall appearance of company's products will be greatly influenced by the merchandisers ability to complete objectives from FTB sales team, and effectively coordinating them with brand reps, and the managers at assigned stores.
• Core functions of the role will include maintaining adequate and shopable stock levels, keeping shelves organized and to POG, and setting up displays and promotional materials.
• Coordinate lift/cleans and resets.
• Keeping an organized and clean space in assigned backstock areas will be critical in; preventing breakage, allowing sales team to manage proper inventory, and allowing for quick deliveries.
• Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, repairing damaged products, organizing damaged products for return, and consolidating cases, delivering emergency orders, training new hires.

Typical schedule consists of 1 weekend day + 4 weekdays.

Routes are day shifts.
