Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive displays across assigned locations. You will work closely with Delivery Drivers and store staff to keep shelves clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and preferred experience in merchandising, warehouses, or customer service. It is a full-time position with varying shifts and 40+ hours weekly, with potential overtime based on

Responsibilities

• Merchandise all company products in line with company guidelines, focusing on rotation, brand flow, schematics, and keeping shelves clean and orderly throughout the store.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by being professional, respectful, and attentive.
• Set up and maintain product displays to meet both company and account expectations, keeping inventory levels consistent and ensuring proper rotation of products.
• Follow company and account procedures when working in stores, including signing in/out, placing pallets on the sales floor, using equipment properly, and sticking to scheduled service times.
• Keep the backroom neat and organized by managing inventory, disposing of trash, handling breakage, and stacking empty pallets or shells.
