Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and display products in local retailers across Hudson, Kent, Streetsboro and surrounding areas. This role involves early starts, independent work, and regular travel within the territory to ensure optimal shelf presence and product visibility.

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and able to push/pull up to 100 lbs. A valid license and a reliable vehicle are required.

Job Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high‑quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About The Role

• Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• They report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Merchandisers must use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; they are not responsible for transporting products.
• A company‑issued phone is provided with a programmed app to clock in and clock out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• 6:00 am until work is finished.
• 25-35 hours per week.
• 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week).
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
