Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a motivated Warehouse Ambassadors to support receiving, stocking, and delivering products across our park locations. You will manage inventory, verify shipments, and operate basic warehouse equipment to ensure timely orders.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to obtain a CDL within 60 days, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Perks include park benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record; CDL within 60 days is preferred.
• Prior warehouse/inventory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify quantities and quality.
• Enter product information into the computer-based system and maintain FIFO stock.
• Drive company truck to deliver orders and pickup stock; ensure proper licensing and safe driving.

Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!**What you get to do:**You’ll receive shipments, verify invoices and enter product information into our computer-based program. Adhering to all organization inventory procedures, you will make sure the right products get to the right places at the right time. You will:* Drive company truck to make company deliveries and stock pick-ups, obeying traffic laws and safety procedures. Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials and acceptable driving record.* Check in and put away material, verifying quantities and quality of received material. Maintain clear isles and walkways. Ensure material is properly organized.* Report back orders or discrepancies.* Secure cargo and properly arrange and balance it within the truck* Deliver orders to assigned locations* Load and unload vendor trucks using proper lifting procedures* Read and pull orders of selected products for next day delivery* Price items and inspect products for quality, temperature and expiration* Date, rotate and put stock away while following FIFO guidelines* Use proper handling to stock items and package orders* Accurately count products to ensure correct inventory* Keep all assigned areas clean* Perform other duties as assigned**What it takes to succeed:*** Must be at least 18 years of age* Valid state driver's license* Ability to obtain commercial drivers license (CDL) within 60 days* Prior warehouse experience and warehouse inventory management preferred* Ability to stand for entire shift* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team* Strong attention to detail* Excellent communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills* Ability to bend, reach, grasp, twist, and turn with complete flexibility* Ability to operate manual and electric machinery* Willingness and ability to learn computer-based programs (General Receiving positions)* Ability to operate a rolling pallet jack with weights up to 1,200 lbs.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; 90 lbs. with assistance* Comfortable working at heights* Ability to work in all weather conditions* Scheduling flexibility* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Basic math skills preferred* This position offers advancement potential for candidates who train for and pass forklift certification within first 60 days.**Compensation:** 17.75 USD Hourly + potential differentialThe perks of the position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:* FREE park admission* Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends* Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc.* Scholarship opportunities* Exclusive employee events and giveaways**EEO Employer:**SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
