Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC-MIAMI ARC WAREHOUSE in Miami, FL is seeking a Full Time Store Associate to support receiving, sorting, pricing, packaging and distributing merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help ensure processes follow policies, act as liaison with store staff, and assist in maintaining inventory flow and product availability to meet store needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience sorting and pricing merchandise,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months experience sorting and pricing merchandise in a retail environment with some supervisor experience preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in the receiving, sorting, pricing, packaging, and distributing of merchandise ensuring all items are processed in an efficient and timely manner and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all sorting activities are conducted in a manner that will provide maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
• Serves as liaison to store personnel to ensure stores receive the needed merchandise.
