The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an in-store associate for HomeGoods in Dallas, TX. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with customers, and uphold store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

You're expected to support multiple store areas as needed, promote credit and loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive team culture while complying with labor laws and safety guidelines. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Rings purchases/returns and counts change according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Performs store recovery and maintains cleanliness and safety.
• Participates in safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
