The role involves stocking, organizing backstock, training teammates, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. The position requires the ability to work nights/weekends, strong communication, and multi-tasking skills, plus at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership

• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain tags, hang, secure, and code merchandise correctly.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and adhere to safety and labor policies.
