Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an associate in Minnesota to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will train teammates, organize the backroom, and maintain a safe, clean store with properly tagged merchandise.

The role supports lifting heavy items and promotes loyalty programs. This position offers flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth within a Fortune 100 off-price

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced store.
• Team player with the ability to train others.
• Retail experience: at least 1 year; leadership experience: 6 months.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and interact with customers.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and replenish sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and security of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods.
