Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail associate at our Blue Springs, MO location. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage with customers, and help maintain a clean, organized store. You will work with a team to ensure efficient processing and a great customer experience.

Responsibilities include tagging and stocking merchandise, assisting with truck deliveries, training associates, and upholding safety and loss-prevention standards while supporting store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience both in-store and with internal partners.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the sales floor.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom areas and on the sales floor.
