Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake is seeking a Production Associate to support sorting, preparation, and processing of donated clothing for our stores. This role involves sorting, tagging, pricing, and hanging items, using a POS system, and helping maintain an efficient, clean production area.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and be able to read clothing tags in English. Weekend availability is required, with flexible shifts including evenings and holidays, and

• Ability to read clothing tags in English.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and hang donated clothing and textiles.
• Prepare items for placement on the sales floor.
• Use a POS system to apply pricing.
• Meet daily production goals in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized production and sales area.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers when needed.
