Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Reading, PA is hiring a Merchandise Processor Central Processing (CP) to support donated goods processing, pricing, tagging and staging for transport to stores. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position is non-exempt, requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and offers flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, and you will report to the Production Supervisor CP as part of the

Qualifications

No formal education required.
Must be 18 years or older to meet scheduling and compliance needs.
Able to work in open warehouse with varied weather and temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

Process textile donations including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, to meet production goals.
Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items to meet production goals.
Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
Track production daily and report to supervisor.
Be knowledgeable of daily, weekly and monthly production.
Assist in Central Processing to meet production support needs.
Provide timely and courteous customer service to customers, donors and employees.
