Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Merchandise Pricer to price donated products and select quality items for store sales and e-commerce goals. You will help maintain inventory levels, support customer service, and uphold the mission and values of the organization.

The role requires a 35–40 hour weekly schedule with open availability including days, evenings, and weekends. Prior retail merchandising and service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees and customers.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization.
• Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service and merchandising.
• Familiarity with e-commerce merchandising is a plus.
• Must be available for a full-time schedule 35–40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Price donated products to meet production standards and goals for store sales.
