Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a part-time Merchandise Pricer to help price donated products and select quality items for store and ecommerce goals in Minnesota. You will contribute to meeting weekly production targets and maintain in-stock inventory while upholding our mission.

You will work closely with store teams to ensure a welcoming customer experience, follow policies, and support program services that train participants to reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Production: Deliver high-quality salable products at the right time to meet weekly production goals and maintain inventory and ecommerce goals.
• Store Operations: Follow policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
