Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Production: Deliver high-quality salable products at the right time to meet weekly goals and maintain inventory and ecommerce objectives.
• Store Operations: Follow policies and procedures and execute directives promptly.
• Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service throughout the store creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs: Support training and development of participants to help them achieve goals.
• Safety: Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
