Job summary

Anthropologie, part of URBN Inc., offers a Summer 2027 Merchandise Planning Internship based at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. You will learn how data-driven planning drives profitability by collaborating withBuying and Merchandising teams to optimize inventory and sales.

You will engage in OTB discussions, analyze forecasts, and contribute to division reporting while gaining exposure to senior leadership and potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong foundation in retail mathematics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Buying and Merchandising teams toward department goals.
• Assist planning counterparts with operational tasks and division reporting.
• Build style-level plans using forecasts, trends, and test results.
• Support merchandise planning across assigned departments.
• Participate in Open-to-Buy, Strategy, and Hindsight meetings for input on distribution.
• Maintain weekly reporting on sales trends, style performance, and on-order status.
