URBN Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Planning intern for the Summer program at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. The internship focuses on telling our product story online through imagery, keywords and clean edits, while exposing you to cross-functional merchandising activities.

The program runs from 6/7 through 8/13 this summer, with applications closing 5:00 PM EST on October 30, 2026. This paid internship offers intern-focused events and exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize projects and multitask.
• Detail oriented and creative thinker.
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to work cross functionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn the product lifecycle and the merchandising role in the process.
• Organize samples for meetings, photo shoots, and sample closet.
• Assist merchandising team with meetings, turnover, emails, and projects.
• Partner cross functionally with buying, design, marketing and creative teams.
