Responsibilities

• Assist in developing seasonal merchandise plans and assortment strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and sell-through rates to optimize stock and minimize excess inventory.
• Generate and maintain regular reports on sales performance, inventory metrics, and KPIs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in creating merchandise financial plans, including sales, margin, and inventory targets.
