We are seeking experienced analytical thinkers and Excel enthusiasts who want to work closely with our Women’s buying and merchandising teams to understand retail assortments and drive growth. This role is based onsite at our HQ in Kenosha, WI.

The Merchandise Planner is responsible for creating sales and demand plans, open-to-buy strategies, inventory control, and promotional strategies to drive profitable sales and margins. This position influences how Jockey appeals to customers from our corporate offices.

In this role, you will:

• Develop seasonal department and category plans aligned with financial goals.
• Collaborate on developing unique assortments based on store attributes.
• Manage open-to-buy within categories, identifying opportunities and strategies.
• Analyze store inventory and KPIs to maximize sales.
• Create demand plans supporting financial targets.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 3+ years as an assistant buyer or merchandise planner.
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or related field.
• Experience in retail, either from corporate merchandising, buying, or retail store background.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for data analytics, charting, and formatting.
• Change management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical planning information effectively.
