Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in merchandising, creative production, marketing, retail, fashion, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandise logistics for creative productions, including sample requests and shipping.
• Maintain internal product tracking systems for inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate packing, transportation, and shipment of products for shoots.
• Track budgets and reconcile expenses for merchandise procurement and logistics.
• Serve as liaison between Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Production teams.
• Lead on-set merchandise coordination and support during shoots.
