Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity.
• Review, analyze and act on financial and operational reporting.
• Lead and develop a diverse team and coach associates.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code and SOPs.
• Provide guest engagement via makeup applications and product demos to boost sales.
