Job summary

Marshalls at Clifton Park is seeking a dedicated store associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help process shipments, stock shelves, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the backroom and sales floor.

You will collaborate with teammates and supervisors, learn merchandising principles, and participate in training to grow your retail career.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changes.
• Ability to train others and lead when needed.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Ensures tasks are completed according to store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary.
• Rotates back stock for replenishment.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
