Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of product data within the Lifecycle Management system, ensuring timely completion of product records, attributes, SKUs, and key milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to gather information and manage product updates.
• Oversee sample management, including unboxing, organization, gathering, and setup/rankings of samples in leadership offices, storage cabinets, and conference/work rooms.
• Assist in preparing for key meetings by ensuring sample availability, deck preparation, and handling ad hoc requests.
• Conduct competitive research to understand other retailers' assortments, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Support the management of seasonal assortment plans during pre-season development and throughout the season.
• Assist in internal SKU item costing, packout, article setup, and maintenance.
• Execute visual/floorset updates in partnership with visual merchandising, space, and allocation teams.
