Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.

• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the floor.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and uphold safety and labor policies.
