The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated team member for TJ Maxx stores in West Des Moines. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, maintain a clean and organized store, and model exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient in-store processing.
• Delivers an excellent customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and correctly coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
