Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a high-quality customer experience.

You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and model excellent service alongside a collaborative team. Responsibilities include tagging and stocking merchandise, training Associates, and coordinating with management to optimize flow of goods to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized.

• Tag, hang, and code merchandise; maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Support and participate in safety, loss-prevention, and store-wide programs.
