Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an in-store associate in Middleton, MA to assist with receiving and merchandising. You will help ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor and maintain a clean, organized store while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Maintains clean, organized store and an excellent customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Promotes and supports store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
