Job summary

Marshalls in Chicago Ridge is seeking a frontline team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards and to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with a team to keep the store clean, organized and well-stocked, while training other Associates on standard procedures.

You should be comfortable lifting, multi-tasking, and adapting to changing priorities, with at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support in store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
