Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Florida is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily operations including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment of merchandise on the selling floor. You will lift up to 50 pounds, maintain visual merchandising standards, and use RF guns, PCs and Excel.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to drive company vehicle as needed with a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation on selling floor.
• Follow direction to maintain placement and presentation standards.
• Participate in other store projects including floor replenishment and merchandise fills.
• Locate requested merchandise within store and complete customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs; perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Job Description:

YOU WILL BE:

Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Merchandise:

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.

Fullfillment:

• Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer
• Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers’ needs
• Ad hoc responsibilities if needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds
• Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards
• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks
• Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver’s License standards (select doors only)

Salary Range $17.90 - $22.39*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
