Qualifications

• Must exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of customer wants and needs; identify product/trend appealing to customers.
• Able to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates creative thinking.
• Rudimentary understanding of retail math.
• 1-2 years retail experience or internship.

Responsibilities

• Own web turnover: Manage web photo sample request process.
• Support product development through sample management.
• Request presentation samples for order items and ensure timely, organized delivery; address issues proactively.
• Track, ship, receive, and return samples to vendors promptly.
• Communicate changes to cross-functional teams and key partners.
• Balance priorities for sample needs and report weekly issues.
• Become an expert on product assortment and inform team on launches and sample locations.
