Saks OFF 5TH is a destination for off-price luxury fashion with a broad network of locations in North America. This Merchandise Operations Associate role supports daily merchandise processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment to ensure top-notch store presentation and customer service.

You will handle inbound merchandise, assist with in-store projects, and fulfill customer orders while maintaining visual standards and using RF guns, PCs, tablets, and Excel/Word tools.

YOU WILL BE:

Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Merchandise:

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.

Fullfillment:

• Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer
• Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs
• Ad hoc responsibilities if needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds
• Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards
• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks
• Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver's License standards (select doors only)

Salary Range $19.61 - $23.04*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
