Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and flexibility to participate in store projects, replenishment, and floor recovery.

Based in our New York stores, you will work under the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, ensuring standards, efficiency, and excellent customer service while contributing to a dynamic luxury retail

YOU WILL BE

Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Merchandise

• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
• Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.

Fullfillment

• Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer
• Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs
• Ad hoc responsibilities if needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds
• Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards
• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks
• Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver's License standards (select doors only)

Salary Range $18.44 - $23.04*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
