Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Execute truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and promotions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness through SISO routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising to company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom operations.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time; oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
